  • The registration fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as meals and refreshments during lunches and coffee breaks.

    The prices include VAT.

    Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced Low GDP fee is not the country of origin but the country of residence.

    The conference dinner at Turbinehallen on Thursday, March 5, is an optional event and not included in the conference fee. The dinner includes a welcoming toast, a seasonal set menu, wine, beer or water, and a festive live band. Tickets for the conference dinner are priced at €100. Please note that the number of tickets for the dinner is limited.

  • Please note that you must be a member of NFPF/NERA for the year 2026 to be able to register for the conference: you can register your membership for year 2026 through NERA at the NFPF/NERA website.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference organizers by e-mail at nera2026@via.dk

    Full refund (less EUR 50 administration fee) will be made for cancellations received by or on January 12th, 2026. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after January 12th, 2026.

    In case of late cancellation, 100 % payment of registration fee is to be made even if due fees are not paid at the time of cancellation.

    There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
