Please note that you must be a member of NFPF/NERA for the year 2026 to be able to register for the conference: you can register your membership for year 2026 through NERA at the NFPF/NERA website.

We reserve the right to limit the number of available spots if registrations exceed expectations, in order to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. Priority will be given first to attendees who have submitted abstracts, then followed by the order of registration. Your spot is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email, so we recommend registering early.

The registration fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as meals and refreshments during lunches and coffee breaks.

The prices include VAT.

Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced fee is not the country of origin but the country of residence. We use The World Bank classification.

The conference dinner at Turbinehallen on Thursday, March 5, is an optional event and not included in the conference fee. The dinner includes a welcoming toast, a seasonal set menu, wine, beer or water, and a festive live band. Tickets for the conference dinner are priced at €100. Please note that the number of tickets for the dinner is limited.

Abstracts are submitted via the Oxford Abstracts platform. You will need to sign in or create an account to access the submission system.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference organizers by e-mail at nera2026@via.dk

Full refund (less EUR 50 administration fee) will be made for cancellations received by or on January 12th, 2026. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after January 12th, 2026.

In case of late cancellation, 100 % payment of registration fee is to be made even if due fees are not paid at the time of cancellation.

There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Denmark does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
